Bangladesh won the toss and chose to field first in the third T20I of the Nidahas Trophy 2018 at the R Premadasa stadium in Colombo.
Bangladesh lost their first match against India by six wickets in the Nidahas Trophy.
On the other hand, Sri Lanka won their first match against India by a comfortable margin of five wickets.
Sri lanka now have two points in one match, while Bangladesh are yet to open their account.
Mahmudullah, Bangladesh Captain:
Looking to bowl first. Wicket looks good, quite a bit of grass. So we’ll look to knock them over. We are using two spinners and we need to make use of the conditions. We did good things in patches against India, but not as great. We need to make everything win together. Going in with the same team.
Dinesh Chandimal, Sri Lanka captain:
“Guys executed their plans very well against India. We were looking to bat first anyway, so looking to put up a big total and put them under pressure. We had something up our sleeve before the game started. The players executed well and the credit has to go to the players to do extremely well out there and turn things around. We’re going in with an unchanged XI.”
Playing XI-:
