Watch: Ravichandran Ashwin Does A Kedhar Jadhav Against Moeen Ali

Veteran Indian off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin has had a forgettable start to his IPL 2021 campaign against his former franchise Chennai Super Kings at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

Ashwin, who had a brilliant season last year, was taken to the cleaners by the likes of Moeen Ali, Suresh Raina, and Ambati Rayudu.

Ashwin was welcomed to the attack with consecutive boundaries in the 5th over by Suresh Raina before Moeen Ali did the same in his next over.

With nothing going in his favor, Ravichandran Ashwin proceeded to do a Kedar Jadhav as he delivered the ball with a lower-arm release.

Ali proceeded to smash Ashwin for back-to-back sixes in the next over before he mistimed an attempted reverse hit to give Shikhar Dhawan a catch at short third-man.

Ashwin’s continued to get worse and worse as Suresh Raina took him to the cleaners. The off-spinner eventually ended with figures of 1/47 in four overs.
