Vijay Hazare Trophy 2018: Kulwant Khejroliya Bags a Hat-Trick Against Haryana

Delhi fast bowler Kulwant Khejroliya was able to bag a hat-trick in the ongoing quarterfinal contest against Haryana in Vijay Hazare Trophy. The southpaw fast bowler was able to scalp Chaitanya Bishnoi, Pramod Chandila and Amit Mishra on consecutive balls. In fact, the left arm bowler was able to take a five-wicket haul. Haryana had decided to bat first after winning the toss.

On the other hand, Kulwant Khejroliya was part of the Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Indian Premier League 2018. In fact, he had bagged two wickets in the three matches he played for the Virat Kohli led side.

Meanwhile, Under-19 sensation Shivam Mavi who represents Uttar Pradesh had also scalped a hat-trick in the ongoing Vijay Hazare Trophy while playing against Saurashtra.

Gautam Gambhir who is celebrating his birthday today is leading the Delhi side in the domestic tourney. On the other hand, India’s veteran spinner Amit Mishra is holding the reins of captaincy for the Haryana side.

Meanwhile, Delhi fast bowler Navdeep Saini was able to take two wickets for his side in the ongoing second Quarterfinal of the Vijay Hazare trophy.

Consequently, this performance must have given a shot in the arm to Kulwant Khejroliya. The left-arm pacer will like to continue with his good form and would like to perform consistently at the big stage. Therefore, Khejroliya ended his spell with 6-31 as Haryana could only manage 229 runs on the board.
