Ever since Jasprit Bumrah made his international debut, his weird and unorthodox bowling action has become the talk of the town. What has made Bumrah even more popular is his unprecedented success as an Indian pacer. For a country which is not known for producing too many good pacers, Bumrah has turned out to be an exception by mile.

He made his T20I in 2016 after impressing in the Indian Premier League and did not take long to make an impression in international cricket. Within two years of his international debut, Bumrah went on to became Team India’s pace spearhead across formats. He made his Test debut last year and enjoyed great success. He picked up a staggering 48 wickets including 5-wicket hauls in South Africa, England and Australia.

No surprises then that cricket fans across the world are trying to copy his action. In recent past, we have seen a number of videos where not only young boys but also an elderly woman was seen trying Bumrah’s action. The latest to try his hands at Bumrah’s action is a budding cricketer from Bangladesh. The boy’s action resembed Bumrah’s action completely as he impressed his mates while bowling in a cricket stadium.

Jasprit Bumrah creates history:

Bumrah, meanwhile, has further enhanced his reputation with a sensational display in the first Test of the ongoing series against West Indies. He picked up a five-wicket haul in the second innings to help India bowl out West Indies for just 100. India won the game by 318 runs to register their biggest away win in terms of runs.

Bumrah conceded just 7 runs while picking up those five wickets in 8 overs. In doing so, he became the first Asian bowler to pick up five-wicket hauls in South Africa, England, Australia and West Indies.
