Watch: Ishant Sharma Knocks Over Jos Buttter With A Dream Delivery

Ishant Sharma let out a guttural roar while looking at the skies as the veteran pacer finally got himself a wicket after toiling for 19 overs.

It all happened during the sixth ball of the 91st over when Ishant bowled a fullish length delivery to entice Jos Buttler into an ill-fated drive.

Buttler duly obliged and it led to his demise as the ball breached the gap between his bat and pad to hit the top of the off-stump.

It was a dream dismissal for a pacer and no wonder, Ishant was delighted.

This is the sixth time that Jos Buttler has been dismissed by Ishant Sharma- the most against any bowler in Test match cricket.

The wicket of Jos Buttler has come at a much-needed time for Team India as he and Joe Root were threatening to take the game away, having already stitched 54 runs for the fifth wicket.

That said, Joe Root is still holding firm for England and if India wants to keep the home side under check, they desperately need to dislodge the English skipper, who has looked unflappable during his knock thus far.

At the time of writing, Moeen Ali had joined Root at the crease with the score reading 5/290 in response to India’s 364.
