MS Dhoni might be the coolest cricketer to have played the game but he has once again proved that he definitely knows a thing or two about how to hit back at the critics in a subtle yet very effective manner. The former India skipper has faced a lot of criticism in the last one year or so as several quarters asked him to retire.
He then sprung a surprise after the World Cup last year by taking an indefinite sabbatical from the game. But even though he stayed away from international cricket, he faced criticism as many took shots at him for taking the break. The 38-year old has not played any competitive game since the World Cup semifinal in July.
Well, MS Dhoni has hit back at his critics in a stunning manner in the latest commercial for the upcoming season of the Indian Premier League (IPL). After Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli, the Chennai Super Kings skipper also starred in a commercial and one can say that the broadcasters came up with a brilliant idea for the wicketkeeper-batsman.
In the commercial, a couple is poking fun at MS Dhoni while sitting beside him in a plane. MS Dhoni then brilliantly shut them down by putting on his headphones before taking a dig at the passengers for creating too much noise around him. The #KhelBolega campaign was shared by the officials broadcasters of the IPL season 13 across all social media platforms on Monday.
??? – yes, the helicopter's returning to the field and ab #KhelBolega!
On a scale of ? to ? – how excited are you to watch @msdhoni take off in the #VIVOIPL?

MS Dhoni’s sabbatical will finally come to an end this month when he leads the Super Kings in the IPL. Super Kings take on defending champions Mumbai Indians in the tournament-opener on March 29. MS Dhoni will be looking to put up a good show with the bat which can see him earn a recall from the national team.
