Veteran Pakistan cricketer Shahid Afridi is quite famous for his on-field antics. His celebration after taking a wicket is unique and has been a trademark of Afridi. The former Pakistan skipper has bagged a total of 13 wickets in this Pakistan Super League so far. He has been instrumental in helping Karachi Kings qualify for the playoffs of the tournament.
However, the world saw a different Afridi when he castled former Pakistan skipper Misbah-ul-Haq. It was a flighted delivery. Misbah went for a wild slog but missed it altogether. Afridi was just about to do his trademark celebration but realised whose wicket he has taken, so he restrained himself. Ge stopped the celebration and walked to his teammates and didn’t show any emotion. Twitterati also praised him for his gesture.
OUT! 8.6 Shahid Afridi to Misbah-ul-Haq

The leg-spinner bagged a couple of wickets in that match giving away just 18 runs from his four overs. It was his spell which helped Karachi bowl out Islamabad for a paltry 124 runs. The Karachi Kings went on to beat them by 7 wickets and finally booked a place in the Qualifier.
However, Islamabad got the revenge in the Qualifier when they defeated Karachi Kings by eight wickets to directly qualify for the final of the tournament. Misbah, however, wasn’t part of the team as a hairline wrist fracture has ruled him out of the rest of the tournament. It was JP Duminy who led the team in his absence.
In the Qualifier, Afridi was not at his best and was taken to the cleaners by Luke Ronchi. Afridi conceded 30 runs of his three overs. Meanwhile, Ronchi smashed a sensational knock of 94 of just 39 deliveries. His innings was decorated with 12 fours and five hits over the fence.
Karachi Kings will now play the winner of the Eliminator clash between Peshawar Zalmi and Quetta Gladiators in the Qualifier 2 for the place in the final.
