The fans attending the match between Lyca Kovai Kings and Karaikudi Kaalai in Tamil Nadu Premier League on Sunday got full worth of their money because of a gem of a catch and a thrilling match. Lyca Kovai player Shahrukh Khan pulled off an absolute stunner near the boundary ropes that had everyone gasping for breath.

Rajhamany Srinivasan must have thought he had cleared the boundary when he slogged the ball. However, Shahrukh had some other plans as he took a catch that is hardly believable. He jumped his time to perfect to catch the ball with one hand and then balanced himself stunningly to complete the sensational catch.

Meanwhile, the catch was not the only exciting thing in the game. The whole match itself was very exciting as it ended in a tie.

Batting first, Kaalai managed to notch up a challenging target of 162 for 7. Their top order batsmen V Aditya and Maan Bafna impressed with the bat, scoring 36 and 44 runs respectively. In response, Lyca Kovai Kings scored 162/6 in the 20 overs.

Shahrukh also made his presence felt with the bat, scoring a quickfire 32 off 20 balls during the chase.
