Yuvraj Singh takes a dig at Rohit Sharma

Rohit Sharma India South Africa Nets Cape Town
Rohit Sharma gears up for the challenging South Africa tour with long net sessions

Opening batsman of India, Rohit Sharma has been in cosmic form. He is surely enjoying a phenomenal success in England. He started his incredible tour with 32 runs of 30 balls which included three fours and a gigantic six. It is not any makeshift as he usually takes such starts to go for a bag-bang. In the second T20 of 3 match series, Rohit Sharma scored bare five runs which India eventually lost by 5 wickets.

A ‘Hitman Storm’

A silence is always followed by something operatic. Here the silence is not limited to Bollywood movies only as our ‘Hitman’ has the same kind of appetency.
In the third T20 that was a decider, Rohit Sharma guided India to a convincing victory. Chasing 199, it seemed difficult at the end of the first Inning. However, Rohit Sharma plastered English bowlers as he scored his unbeaten ton. It was his 5th ton in T20 cricket, most by any Asian batsman. It was also his 3rd ton in T20Is. Kiwi, Colin Munro is the only other player he is having as many.
He could have achieved this feat earlier against Ireland. However, he fell just short of 3 runs to complete his well-deserving ton at Malahide.

Action in ODIs.

India’s tour to England is not having a dearth of action. Similar to the T20 series, a decision is all set to decide the fate of two teams.
In the first match of the ODI series, Rohit Sharma played a chine for the team. He slammed his 18th ODI ton. He stayed unbeaten at 137 off 114.
