Zaheer Khan Throws Support Behind Mahendra Singh Dhoni

India is all set to play the pivotal Test series against England. They will face England in a five-match Test series starting from August 1 in Birmingham.

India will be hoping to continue the Twenty20 momentum and forget what happened in the three-match One-day International series. England got a convincing series victory with 2-1. They finally managed to find the rhythm after being down with 1-0.

As we are just one year away from the World Cup, India will be looking to find the unsolved mysteries which may prove fatal for the Indian Team.

India will like to find the answers to the questions related to number four spot, a backup bowler and someone who can finish the innings in style.

A rough patch for MS Dhoni:

As far as former skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni is concerned, he is having a rough patch in his cricketing career.

While as some of the cricket experts and pundits came in support of Dhoni by blaming conditions whereas, some took it otherwise.

Some cricket experts came with a fact that it is better to realise that the finishing abilities of Dhoni have had diminished.

It is important to mention that Dhoni played bizarre innings in the second ODI at Lord’s. In the third ODI, he somehow maintained the sinking ship of India but he played enough dots which added further woes and miseries.

Zaheer Khan came in support of Ms Dhoni:

As everybody is giving their respective opinions about Indian Team and especially targetting MS Dhoni, Zaheer Khan too joined the debate. He said that it was the conditions that led Dhoni to play such innings.

“He walked out today with a positive intent. But what didn’t work in his favour was that Kohli got out soon. Raina too didn’t settle in well and those two wickets put pressure on Dhoni to play a bit more responsibly. Hardik just got going, but he was dismissed for a peach of a delivery,” Zaheer said.
