Pandya is one of the leading all rounders in the world especially in limited-overs format. His journey in professional cricket began in 2013 when he made his debut for Baroda. Since then, he has only gone from strength to strength.

After impressing in domestic cricket for a couple of years, Pandya earned his maiden IPL contract from Mumbai Indians in 2015. In 2016, he made his debut for India in T20Is and ODIs before making his Test debut in 2017.

He has been a part of the Indian team for every ICC tournament that has taken place since 2016. Pandya has been playing at the highest level of the game for almost a decade now. And here we are taking a look at Hardik Pandya's centuries in the game so far.

Hardik Pandya's Test centuries:

In 2016, Hardik Pandya earned his maiden Test call up for the home series against England. However, he was eventually left out of the squad after he suffered an injury while training in the nets. He finally made his debut in the longest format of the game in 2017 during the tour of Sri Lanka.

Pandya hit the ground running in red-ball cricket as he announced his arrival in Tests in style. In his debut innings, the India allrounder smashed a whirlwind fifty. On the same tour, he also scored his first and so far only Test century. In the third Test of the three-match series, Pandya scored 108 runs from just 96 balls with the help of 8 fours and 7 sixes.

In his very next Test innings, he played an impressive 93-run knock in testing conditions against South Africa in Cape Town. Unfortunately, Pandya's Test career has not panned out in a way everyone was expecting after the promising start he made.

He has not played any Test since the tour of England in 2018 due to a number of injury setbacks. Injury is still a big concern for Pandya and it won't be surprising if he does not play any more Tests in order to prolong his career.

Overall, Pandya has played 11 Tests so far and has scored 532 runs with the help of a century and four half-centuries. He has also picked up 17 wickets including a five-wicket haul.
