Sunil Gavaskar thinks that Ravindra Jadeja is the kind of player who can contribute towards the team’s success without his individual performance. He pointed out some things about Jadeja which is overlooked by many.

“The important thing is that he is such a fast runner between the wickets. Often, we overlook it… the fact that from the non-striker end, he helps the batter covert ones into twos. So, I think those are the little things that are important. So yeah, I am not worried after Ravindra Jadeja at all. He is a top player, a wonderful player… rockstar, like Shane Warne once said,” the legendary former India batter Sunil Gavaskar said about Ravindra Jadeja.

India will start their World Cup campaign against Australia on 8th October in Chennai. Ravindra Jadeja has been impressive with the ball and in the field, it is only the bat that is not taking its right course for Jadeja and hopefully, he will change it in the World Cup.
