Jasprit Bumrah, who was unable to compete in the Asia Cup, will be absent from yet another significant competition, so Bhuvneshwar Kumar will once again bear the burden of leading the Indian pace attack at the championship. Before the ODI series against South Africa, Deepak Chahar, another team member who was scheduled to travel to Australia as a reserve member, twisted his ankle.

Virat will play a key role and leave his impact: Jacques Kallis

When asked what he thought of Kohli, Jacques Kallis of South Africa made a bold prediction about the former India captain at the World Cup, where India is scheduled to play Pakistan in their opening game.

“Kohli has been playing international cricket for a long time, so he has enough experience. The drop and rise in form is part of the game and I think he will play a key role and leave his impact in the T20 World Cup,” noted Jacques Kallis in an interview with Dainik Jagran.
