Dinesh Karthik is the first player on this list. The right-handed batsman did not play for the national team for 3 years from 2019 to 2022. However, after his fabulous performance in IPL 2022, he was picked for the T20Is in the national team.

The right-handed batsman has turned 37 years old this year and only has a few more years in his career. The wicketkeeper-batsman has been picked in the squad for his hard-hitting batting skills in the death.
