Rohit Sharma has been an automobile fan since his U19 days and has an enviable garage full of exotic cars, including a Mercedes, which was his childhood dream. The ace batter is frequently spotted cruising about Mumbai’s streets in his blue Lamborghini Urus.

Rohit Sharma has been one of the most brilliant batsmen that Indian cricket has ever produced. Sharma announced his arrival on the international stage during the T20 World Cup 2007. The right-handed batter played a knock of 30 runs from 16 balls and helped India reach a total of 157/5. He gave the much-needed acceleration to India and helped them gain momentum in the match.

The right-handed batter had been in and out of the team for many years but the major shift in his international career came in 2013 when he started to open the innings. This certainly turned the fortunes for Rohit wherein he started to slam daddy hundreds and won many matches for the team. Rohit Sharma has proved to be a brilliant captain and has led Mumbai Indians to five IPL titles. Also, in the current scenario, Rohit is leading the Indian cricket team but is yet to win an ICC trophy. Rohit was the second-highest run scorer during the ODI World Cup 2023 and smashed 1 hundred against Afghanistan and scored over 500 runs. The Indian batter showcased a brilliant display of attacking cricket and would be hoping to continue the same and help India win the T20 World Cup this year.

Rohit Sharma is currently leading India in the five-match Test series against England. India currently lead the series by 3-1 and would be hoping to win the final match in Dharamsala and take the series 4-1. Rohit scored a century in the Rajkot Test and scored a decent 55-run knock in the second innings of the Ranchi Test which played a very important role in helping India chase down 192 runs with five wickets to spare.

Rohit Sharma has also led India to the final of the World Test Championship and ODI World Cup 2023 and would look to deliver the same in the upcoming T20 World Cup.
