The BCCI has already announced a 17-member squad for the rescheduled fifth Test in Birmingham. Rohit Sharma will replace Virat Kohli, the captain of the Test team on the previous tour. Indian opener KL Rahul was initially named in the 17-member Test squad but will miss the England tour to travel to Germany for his medical treatment.

The Indian cricket board is yet to announce the squads for the white-ball series whereas ECB has not announced any squad in the three formats.
