Umran Malik is all set to make his debut for India on Sunday.
He will become the 98th player from India to represent the country in the shortest format of the game.
He will also become just the 2nd player from Jammu and Kashmir region of India to play for India in International cricket after Parvez Rasool.
Umran Malik has been fast-tracked into the Indian team after he consistently bowled in the high 145 KMPHs in the IPL in the last two seasons.

SRH retained him ahead of the mega auctions based on his potential and he did not disappoint as he finished IPL 2022 with 22 wickets which included a 5-wicket haul as well.
