The Sri Lanka women's cricket team represents Sri Lanka in women's international cricket. The team is governed by Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC). Their current captain is Chamari Athapaththu while their head coach is Rumesh Ratnayake.

Sri Lanka made their Test debut in the year 1998 and have played just one Test so far. They played their first and only Test so far against Pakistan in Colombo. They had won that Test match by 309 runs.

A year before making their Test bow, Sri Lanka women's cricket team played its first ODI against the Netherlands. Since then, they have participated in every edition of the women's cricket World Cup. Their best performance in the World Cup is the fifth-place finish in the year 2013.

Sri Lanka women's cricket team has also played in all the editions of the Women's T20 World Cup so far. However, they are yet to advance ahead of the group stage in the tournament. 

In the Women's Asia Cup, Sri Lanka women's cricket team has a good record. They have won the competition once so far - in 2024. Before that, they had finished runners-up on five occasions. In 2022, Sri Lanka also won the Silver medal at the Asian Games. In 2014 Asian Games, they had clinched the Bronze medal.
