Mohammed Siraj is an Indian cricketer who represents Team India in international cricket. He plays for Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the IPL and plies his trade for Hyderabad in domestic circuit.
The right-arm pacer shot into limelight in 2017 when he plied his trade in IPL after impressing in domestic circuit. Just a handful of months after his maiden IPL campaign, Siraj made his T20I debut in November 2017 during the home series against New Zealand. He made his ODI debut in 2019 before making his Test debut in 2020.
Siraj did struggle to impress in international cricket in his early years before turning things around in style. At present, he is one of India's most important all-format players. The fast-bowler was a part of India's squad for the ODI World Cup in 2023 as well as the T20 World Cup in 2024.
In the IPL, he has been leading Royal Challengers Bengaluru's attack since 2018. So far, he has played 27 Tests, 44 ODIs and 16 T20Is for Team India and has picked up more than 150 wickets across formats.
