Openers: Ahsan Ali and Will Smeed

Both James Vince and Jason Roy have arrived in Pakistan but are unlikely to be featured in the next game. Thus, you expect Ahsan Ali and Will Smeed to continue opening for the team on Thursday. Ahsan Ali has two half-centuries in three matches. He, unfortunately, got out, after scoring 24 runs in the last game but you expect him to come back stronger.

Middle-Order: Ben Duckett and Sarfaraz Ahmed

Ben Duckett came into the tournament on the back of impressive performances in the BBL tournament. He got out cheaply in the first two games in PSL but played a vital knock of 43 urns in the last match. That knock should have given him a lot of confidence and the fans would expect him to score a big knock on Thursday.

Captain, Sarfaraz Ahmed is an important member of this batting line-up, and it’s important that he contributes consistently with the bat. He looked scratchy in his 23-ball 21-run knock in the last game.

All-rounders: Shahid Afridi, Iftikhar Ahmed, M Nawaz, and James Faulkner

As per reports, Shahid Afridi has recovered from Covid-19 and is likely to be playing the next game. His presence should bolster this side.
