South Africa Tour Of England 2022: The South Africa National Cricket Team visited England in 2022 for a multi-format series. The South Africa tour of England 2022 comprised of three ODIs, three T20Is, and three Tests.
The South Africa tour to England 2022 began with the Proteas winning the first ODI by 62 runs. England won the second game by 118 runs after the game was reduced to 29 overs per side due to rain. The third ODI finished as a no result after only 27.4 overs of play was possible and the series ended at 1–1.
In the T20Is, England won the first game by 41 runs before South Africa won the second one by 58 runs to draw level. The Proteas went on to win the third T20I by 90 runs to clinch the series 2–1. South Africa began the Test series by winning the first Test by an innings and 12 runs in three days.
The hosts bounced back by winning the second Test by an innings and 85 runs to level the series. England went on to win the final Test by 9 wickets in the first hour of the final day, to win the series 2–1.
