The fever for India vs Pakistan continues on either side of the border. India convincingly beat Pakistan in the group game by eight wickets at Dubai. And the Indian fans can’t stop themselves from celebrating the victory. Meanwhile, former Pakistan bowler Shoaib Akhtar expressed his point on the game between India and Pakistan in Asia Cup 2018.
The former premium fast bowler lauded Indians for their matured performance and the perfect game plan.
Further, he showered words of praise on Indian fast bowlers and the spinners who made the life tough for Pakistan batsmen.

Speaking of the game, Akhtar stated that losing a game will teach the team many things. However, he can’t stop himself from praising the Indian players for their approach to the game and execution on the middle.
Akhtar started with Rohit Sharma for his flawless batting and then lauded Bhuvneshwar Kumar for his excellent discipline with the line and lengths. Then, he termed Jasprit Bumrah is excellent as ever.
”Loss will give you learnings. No need to demoralise to achieve big things. However, India played well. The bowled outclass, batted with maturity. Look at Rohit Sharma, he is very flawless and didn’t let the middle-order to expose. Meanwhile, Pakistan also picked wrong fast bowlers. They would have gone with Shaheen Shah Afridi, who could have yielded success,” Akhtar said.
”However, India outclassed Pakistan. There is a lot to learn from this. I congratulate India because they played really well,” Akhtar added in a live TV show for ABP.
Shoaib Akhtar lauds Indian bowlers:
He went on to give his appreciations for the Indian fast bowlers for bowling exceptionally well. Akhtar feels that Kedar Jadhav has become a regular spinner with a bagful of tricks.
”Bhuvneshwar is very aggressive with his lengths. He doesn’t give width for the batsman and exposed them well. Bumrah is excellent as ever. Then, Kedar Jadhav and Kuldeep Yadav, we will take Kedar as just an extra-spinner but he is more than that,” he inferred.
However, Shoaib Akhtar is full of praises for India in his whole interview for playing the matured cricket. Meanwhile, he also suggested Pakistan test their young fast bowlers in the ongoing Asia Cup 2018.
