Hasan Ali has been replaced in both squads by fast bowler Naseem Shah, and Salman Ali Agha, who traveled to England in 2021 for the ODIs, has been called back. Shaheen Shah Afridi has been kept in the ODI and T20I squads, and the team trainer and physiotherapist will oversee his recovery process and make the decision regarding his return to international cricket.

‘Salman Ali Agha succeeded in the past 2 Pakistan Cup tournaments’: Muhammad Wasim

“We only made changes that were necessary.” Both tournaments are important to us, so we chose our best available players after consulting with the skipper and head coach.

“Hasan has indeed been given a break from international cricket, and Naseem Shah has taken his place. He is extremely quick and can add to the fast bowling department, which already includes Haris Rauf, Mohammad Wasim Jnr, Shaheen Shah Afridi, and Shahnawaz Dahani” Chief selector Muhammad Wasim said.
