Virat Kohli’s emphatic form in the Asia Cup took 2022 took a massive hit during India’s clash against Sri Lanka in the Super 4 s fixture at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. The ex-Indian captain was dismissed for a duck after a 4-ball stay at the crease.
By virtue of this feat, Kohli set a new career-low being dismissed for a duck in the Asia Cup for the first time ever across both T20I and ODI formats. Coming into the game, the ex-India skipper was the side’s top-scorer in the ongoing edition.

Talking about the match, India put up a solid recovery with skipper Rohit Sharma leading the way with a splendid knock of 42-ball 70.
