IND vs AUS: The Indian Squad Arrives In Mohali To Play Australia Ahead Of The T20 World Cup

Indian cricketers landed in Mohali for the first of three T20I matches against Australia ahead of the T20 World Cup.

The Indian players were seen at the airport three days before the game, reuniting to figure out the combinations that they needed to finalize before the main ICC competition of the year.

Among other India regulars arriving in Chandigarh were Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, and KL Rahul. The top order will be aware that they must begin to perform as a unit as India prepares to compete in the T20 World Cup, which they have not won since the event’s debut edition in 2007. The team will compete against the world champions Australia, who have Tim David, a powerful hitter, in their anticipated lineup. It would be a significant series for the Australian squad as well because they have not been able to decide on their batting order and there are doubts about whether their UAE strategy would be successful in India.

Aaron Finch, who recently gave up the ODI captaincy to concentrate just on the shortest format of the international game, will serve as Australia’s captain.
