The talk over the last few days in the cricketing world has been about the brilliance and the master class that the Pakistani Captain produced on a day 5 pitch chasing a target of more than 500 and losing two early wickets. The 196 runs that Babar Azam scored is probably one of the best test innings ever in the 4th innings. Pakistan’s top order has been solid and amongst the runs the entire series. The problem for Pakistan has been their bowling. The spinners have done their part. The seamers struggled to pick up wickets in both the test matches which is a real worry for the home team heading into the final test.

Imam Ul Haq and Azhar Ali will be the openers and Abdullah Shafique has been the surprise element in this series as he scored two gritty fifty-plus knocks. The challenge for Pakistan is a big one and they will be aiming to win a test series on their home soil which will be the perfect gift for the fans in Pakistan.
