Bali Blast Championship T10 News 2025

The highly-anticipated India vs England Test series 2025 will be starting in June. Team India will be touring England for a five-match series. It will be the first assignment of the new World Test Championship cycle for both the teams.

India last visited England for a Test series in 2021. It was a five-match Test series as well but the fifth Test of the series was played in 2022 after India failed to field a side because of Covid-19 positive results in the team.

India were leading the series 2-1 after four Tests before the series was called off. Later in 2022, England won the rescheduled fifth Test to deny India a series win. India will be keen to make amends and win the upcoming series to end their long wait for a series triumph in England. India have not won a Test series in England since 2007 and will be desperate to end the winless run in the upcoming season.

The last Test series between the two teams took place in 2024 when England visited India for five Tests. While England won the first Test, India won the following four games to win the series in style.

The upcoming series will also mark the beginning of a new phase for Team India. With Rohit Sharma as well as Virat Kohli retiring from Tests, the onus is now on the youngsters to become the flag bearers of Indian cricket. India will also have a new Test captain for the series and will be eager to start their new journey on a winning note.

The series will be starting on June 20. The series-opener will be played at the Headingley in Leeds. The second match will be played from July 2 at Edgbaston while the Lord's will be hosting the third India vs England Test from July 10. The fourth Test will be played from July 23 in Manchester while the fifth Test will take place at the Oval in London from July 31.
