Big Bash League Teams

The Big Bash League (BBL) is Australia's main domestic T20 competition. It is one of the most popular T20 leagues in the world that attracts top players from around the world. The tournament was started by Cricket Australia in 2011.

The BBL replaced the KFC T20 Big Bash in which six state teams participated. In the BBL, eight city-based teams take part. BBL 2023-24 is the thirteenth edition of the competition. The tournament is scheduled to be played from December 7, 2023 to January 24, 2024. 

BBL Team List:

A total of eight teams participate in the BBL. Each of Australia's six states has a team representing its capital city, while Sydney and Melbourne each feature two teams.
