BCCI said in an official media release, “The Junior Cricket Committee has picked the India U19 squad for the upcoming ACC Men’s U19 Asia Cup to be played in Muscat, Oman, from 5th to 14th November. India are placed in Group A alongside UAE, Nepal and Pakistan.

Two teams from Group A and Group B (Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan and Malaysia) will advance to the semi-final, which will be held on 12th November. The final will take place on Saturday, 14th November.” Amid this, Nitish Kumar Reddy equals Stuart Binny’s unwanted record after conceding 32 runs in 4th T20I vs New Zealand.

Aaryavir Sehwag is the top-order batter and occasional leg-spinner. The Delhi right-hander recently smashed 173 off 143 balls against Chandigarh in the 2026 Vinoo Mankad Trophy after making an India U19 debut earlier this year.

Meanwhile, Anvay Dravid is a wicketkeeper-batter who plays for Karnataka. He recently had a superb 2026 Vinoo Mankad Trophy campaign, where he amassed 358 runs across five innings for Karnataka.

Well, the 18-year-old Lakshya Raichandani is a talented opening batter and leads the India U19 team in limited-overs cricket. Lakshya has already played the Youth Test and Young ODI games as well as the Ranji Trophy. He will now have a big opportunity to prove himself as captain at the U19 Asia Cup 2026.
