All You Need To Know About The Nominees And Categories Of ICC Awards Of The Decade

The nominations for the ICC ‘Awards of the Decade’ are out and given the way Indian superstar Virat Kohli dominated the entirety of 2010s, it does not come as a surprise that the legendary batsman has found himself in almost very top-category.

Kohli, who was the only batsman to rake up more than 20000 international runs across all three formats, has featured in the topmost category- ‘Player of the Decade’- and also in the Test, ODI, and T2oI categories for the same. Apart from the ‘Fab-4’, Proteas legend AB de Villiers, Indian ace spinner Ravichandran Ashwin, and former Sri Lankan captain, Kumar Sangakkara, have also been nominated for the coveted ‘Player of the Decade’ Award.
