While Arshdeep Singh has been a regular in India's limited-overs teams from the last two years or so, he is yet to earn a call-up from the Test team.
In the last two years, several bowlers have made their Test debuts for Team India. However, Arshdeep Singh is yet to get a chance in red-ball cricket for the national team. Even though he has not played any Test so far, many believe that he should be picked in the team for the upcoming tour of Australia.
There is a view that the left-arm pacer could add more variety to the already formidable Indian pace attack. Arshdeep is known for his swing bowling and he can cause problems aplenty for the Australian batsmen. While only time will tell whether he gets the chance for the upcoming tour or not, Arshdeep has made it clear that he is not worried about it.
He was addressing the media ahead of the second T20I against Bangladesh when one of the journalists asked him about the possibility of getting selected for the Australia tour. In reply, Arshdeep just smiled and said: "Enjoying playing for India and I am not concerned about anything."

Arshdeep Singh's career so far:
After impressing in the IPL with his swing and death bowling, Arshdeep Singh made his debut for Team India in July 2022. In no time, he became an integral member of the T20I side. Later that year, he also represented India in the T20 World Cup.
He also made his ODI debut in the same year. While he has not really managed to cement his spot in the ODI team so far, he is an indispensable part of the T20I side. He played a huge role in India's victorious campaign at the T20 World Cup this year. Arshdeep finished the tournament as the joint-highest wicket-taker, taking 17 wickets in 8 games.
So far, he has played 8 ODIs and 55 T20Is. In ODIs, he has picked up 12 wickets while in T20Is, he has claimed 86 wickets. The Punjab pacer has impressed in the IPL as well. In 65 IPL games so far, he has taken 76 wickets.
