Aamer Jamal is having a memorable outing in Australia in the ongoing three-match AUS vs PAK Test series. The 27-year-old had played just four T20Is before being given the opportunity to make his Test debut in the ongoing series.

He couldn’t have faced a more formidable opponent and challenging venue for his debut Test series. Despite the tough opponents and challenging conditions, it also provided him with the chance to showcase his skills, and he seized this opportunity with great determination. The Pakistan fast-bowler has impressed not only with his bowling but also his batting in Australia so far.

Aamer Jamal picked up an impressive 6-wicket haul in his debut innings in Perth. While he did concede 111 runs in less than 21 overs, he made up for it by taking six wickets. In the second innings of the game, he picked up 1 wicket to finish his debut Test with 7 wickets. He continued his fine outing in Australia in the second Test too and picked up five wickets although Pakistan lost that game too.

Aamer Jamal’s hilarious act:

In the ongoing third Test in Sydney, Aamer Jamal impressed one and all with his batting performance as well. After picking up 12 wickets in his first two Tests, he played a brilliant knock of 82 runs in the third Test. Thanks to his knock, Pakistan recovered from a precarious situation and posted a competitive total.

The visitors were reeling at 227 for 9 and were looking destined to be bowled out for less than 250 before Aamer Jamal shared an 86-run stand with Mir Hamza who scored 7. His knock came off just 97 balls and was studded with 9 fours and 4 sixes.

On Thursday, January 4, the 27-year-old demonstrated that he is not only proficient with the bat and ball but also possesses a great sense of humor. The incident unfolded in the 46th over, the first over after a drinks break. The right-arm pacer was bowling to Marnus Labuschagne. With the batter and the fielders set, Jamal began his run-up only to humorously reveal to the batsman that he did not have the ball in his hands.
