Australia will be looking to bounce back when they take on Pakistan in the third and final AUS vs PAK ODI. The final game of the ongoing three-match Australia vs Pakistan series is scheduled to be played at the Perth Stadium.
With the series locked at 1-1, the upcoming game will decide the winner. The hosts drew the first blood in the series by winning the first game by 2 wickets. Pakistan then bounced back by thrashing the hosts in the second ODI as they registered a 9-wicket win in Adelaide.

With the series on the line, the hosts will be looking to bounce back and come up with a good performance. They have not lost an ODI series at home against Pakistan since 2002 and will be desperate to extend the unbeaten run. The highly-rated opener would be looking to finish the series on a high. He scored 16 runs in the first ODI before being dismissed for 13 runs in the second.
Josh Philippe:
With Steve Smith not a part of the squad, Josh Philippe could play his first ODI since 2021. The right-handed batsman will be looking to grab the opportunity with both hands.
Josh Inglis (c & wk):
The onus will be on stand-in captain Josh Inglis to inspire the new-look side. He played a fine knock of 49 runs in the first ODI before scoring 18 in the second game. Inglis will be looking to lead his team from the front in the forthcoming game.
Marcus Stoinis:
After warming the bench in the first two games, Marcus Stoinis is likely to play the third and final game. The veteran all-rounder will be looking to hit the ground running.
Glenn Maxwell:
With the series online, Australia will be relying on their veteran allrounder Glenn Maxwell. He has had an average series so far and will be looking to make a big impact in the must-win clash.
