Bangladesh has a big challenge in their opening Super 8 match of the ICC T20 World Cup with a game against Australia. Bangladesh has executed superb work in the tournament so far to make up for this round.

However, they have a tough task against the Aussies as the latter has crushed them on five occasions in T20 World Cups in the past. Now, they need to script history in the upcoming game. Below is Bangladesh's predicted playing 11 for the match.

Tanzil Hasan will be the opener for the team in the next match. He got out for a duck in the last match but aims for a comeback in the next game. 

Litton Das (WK)

Litton Das will play the role of wicketkeeper against Australia. The right-handed batsman got out for 10 runs in the previous game against Nepal. 

Najmul Hossain Shanto (C)

Najmul Hossain Shanto is the captain of Bangladesh in the ICC T20 World Cup 2024 and will lead the side against Australia. He has done a good job so far in driving the team to the Super 8 round.

Shakib Al Hasan
