Arnos Vale Ground in Kingstown is all set to host its first game in the ICC T20 World Cup 2024. The Bangladesh vs Netherlands encounter is the first game to take place at the stadium. 

The Group D encounter takes place on Thursday, June 13. Led by Najmal Hossain Shanto, Bangladesh made a brilliant start in the ICC T20 World Cup 2024. They defeated former T20 World Cup champions Sri Lanka by 2 wickets in the match. 
 
Showcasing a stunning bowling show, Bangladesh restricted the opposition to 124-9 in 1st innings. Later, they chased down the target with 2 wickets in the kitty. They will aim for a similar show against the Netherlands in the next game. 

The Netherlands is led by Scott Edwards in the ICC T20 World Cup 2024. They lost their previous game to South Africa by 4 wickets, however, gave a lethal challenge to the team. 

Earlier, Scott Edwards & Co. commenced their journey in the tournament on a winning note by crushing Nepal by 6 wickets. They bundled out Nepal for just 106 in 1st innings and later chased down the target by 6 wickets like a walk in the park.
