This upcoming BBL 10 match between Hobart Hurricanes and Sydney Thunder will be played at Perth Stadium (Perth). This venue has hosted two matches in the ongoing BBL season.

On last Sunday (3rd January), Perth Stadium hosted the match between Perth Scorchers and Melbourne Renegades. Scorchers won that match by 96 runs.

On last Wednesday (6th January), this venue hosted the match between Perth Scorchers and Sydney Sixers. Once again, Scorchers achieved success at this venue by winning the match by 86 runs.

In both the matches of this season at Perth Stadium, while the first batting sides managed to score 180+ runs, the chasing teams even failed to manage the three-figure totals. Also, in the BBL 09, we experienced that the 170+ totals were always defendable at this venue.

Though the forthcoming match will begin at hotter afternoon, the toss winning captain will unlikely to take the risk of second batting.
