Bollywood Actress Urvashi Rautela Upset With Hardik Pandya's Comments on Koffee With Karan

Indian National Cricket team all-rounder Hardik Pandya and batsman KL Rahul received a lot of flak for their misogynistic and sexists on a talk show named Koffee With Karan. Meanwhile, their comments didn’t go down well with most sections of the society.

From BCCI contemplating to ban cricketers from appearing on such shows to slamming a show cause notice to both, Pandya and Rahul, the episode has become the talk of the town. Later, Pandya even issued an apology for his conduct on the show. The apex body have also asked the disgraced duo to return to the country. Shubman Gill and Vijay Shankar will join the side as the replacements in Australia.

However, the Supreme Court appointed CoA is yet to decide the quantum of suspension. The members of CoA are divergent over the inquiry process which in turn has delayed the process. As of now, Hardik Pandya and KL Rahul’s participation in the cash-rich Indian Premier League is in jeopardy.

Meanwhile, in one of the show’s segment, Kill, Marry and Hook-Up game, host Karan Johar asked Hardik Pandya who would he kill, marry and hook up with. To which, he said that he would kill Urvashi Rautela, marry Parineeti Chopra and hook up with Esha Gupta. Incidentally, there were links of the three actresses with the flamboyant cricketer.

Speaking about choosing to kill Urvashi Rautelaon the show, sources close to the actress say that she seemed surprised by Hardik Pandya’s response as he had once claimed to be more than just her friend. The duo have been spotted at parties and events together. However, the actress is still in surprise as to why she received such treatment.
