While everyone is busy with naming the ‘best eleven’ or their ‘best player’ of the decade, former West Indian legend, Brian Lara has named the series of ‘Five Best’ players in putting them in different categories.
Lara took to Instagram to announce the five best bowlers he played against. Lara told fans to not debate, as these are completely his choices. He also mentioned that the players named are in no particular order.
“I have decided to raise my hand up and give you my top fives. Swipe to see the array of top fives I have for you! Please don’t ask where my name is, it’s my top five not yours,” he wrote on Instagram.
In the ‘Five Best Bowlers I have played against’ category, the left-hander picked the Pakistani swing kings Wasim Akram, Waqar Younis, the Australian duo of Shane Warne and Glenn McGrath, and Sri Lanka’s Muttiah Muralitharan.
