Former English skipper Michael Vaughan has taken a sarcastic jibe at Indian skipper Virat Kohli and the Indian Cricket Team as the Men in Blue took on England in the fourth T20I of the series. The England Cricket Team once again won the toss and elected to bowl first as they invited the Indian team to bat first.

The opening woes continued for team India as both the openers, Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul both departed after starting in a scintillating manner. Suryakumar Yadav came up with a brilliant half-century as he smashed his maiden 50 in the international circuit and the Indian team reached a challenging total.

Michael Vaughan Takes A Sarcastic Dig At Virat Kohli And Team India

The India National Cricket Team scored 185 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in their 20 overs. Michael Vaughan, who has taken a dig at multiple times at the Indian cricket team ever since the tour began, came up with another sarcastic jibe at Indian skipper Virat Kohli towards the end of the second innings in Ahmedabad.

Indian skipper Virat Kohli had gone off the field after the 15th over of the game as Rohit Sharma took charge of the proceedings on the field for the Men in Blue. Michael Vaughan fired shots at Virat Kohli as he took to Twitter and wrote, “Great captaincy from Virat … !! Allowing @ImRo45 to get involved & clearly his tactics work..”

Team India Cruise Towards Yet Another Win To Level The Series

The Indian bowlers came down hard on the English batsmen as they went on to dominate the latter in the second innings of the fourth game. This was a much-needed win for team India as they have now gone level in the series as the series is now poised at 2-2. The final game of the series is set to take place on March 20 in Ahmedabad.

After the five-match T20I series comes to a close, a three-match ODI series is scheduled to take place entirely in Pune from March 23 behind closed doors as COVID-19 cases in the state keep rising on a toll.
