Devon Conway Bought By Chennai Super Kings For INR 6.25 crore at IPL Auction 2025

New Zealand batsman Devon Conway has registered himself for the IPL 2025 mega auction at a base price of INR 2 crore. The southpaw has played for just one team in the IPL so far.

A wicketkeeper-batsman, Conway began his journey in the IPL in 2022 when he was signed up by Chennai Super Kings. He scored 252 runs in 7 games in his debut IPL season.

In IPL 2023, Conway starred with the bat as Chennai Super Kings won a record-equaling fifth IPL title. He scored 672 runs in 16 games and was also adjudged the Player of the Match.

Conway missed the entire IPL 2024 due to an injury before being released by Chennai Super Kings. Apart from playing in the IPL, he has also played in the T20 Blast, Major League Cricket, and the Hundred.

Conway has an impressive record in international cricket as well. In 50 T20Is so far, he has scored 1408 runs with the help of 10 half-centuries.
