England's hopes for a perfect 5-0 series sweep hit a snag Saturday night when West Indies pulled off a surprise win in their fourth T20I.

Despite the loss England still dominates the series 3-1 heading into Sunday's final game in St Lucia.

The English team did their part with the bat after putting up an impressive 218 runs.

Rising star Jacob Bethell led the charge with an undefeated 62 while Phil Salt chipped in with a solid fifty but their reliable bowling attack had a rare off night after they failed to defend what would usually be a winning score.

West Indies' batters, especially openers Evin Lewis and Shai Hope proved too hot to handle as they chased down England's big total with an over to spare.

The Caribbean team's captain Rovman Powell sealed the deal with a quick-scoring 38 runs.

English captain might shake things up for Sunday's series finale at the Darren Sammy National Cricket Stadium.

England squad:

Philip Salt(w), Will Jacks, Jos Buttler(c), Jacob Bethell, Liam Livingstone, Sam Curran, Dan Mousley, Jamie Overton, Rehan Ahmed, John Turner, Saqib Mahmood, Jofra Archer, Michael-Kyle Pepper, Jordan Cox, Jafer Chohan, Adil Rashid.

Middle-order batsmen and allrounders: Jos Buttler(c), Jacob Bethell, Liam Livingstone, Sam Curran

England's middle-order batsmen and all-rounders will look to build on their performances and improve in the 5th T20I.

Jos Buttler (38 off 23 balls) showed his attacking ability with a strike rate of 165.22 but will need a more substantial contribution and capitalize on his explosive potential in the crucial middle stages.

Jacob Bethell, who played a brilliant knock of 62* from 32 balls, will be eager to continue his form and will look for consistency.

Liam Livingstone (4 off 6 balls) had a quiet outing but will be determined to come good with a more impactful performance. Sam Curran (24 off 13 balls) looked in decent touch.

Bowlers: Dan Mousley, Rehan Ahmed, John Turner, Saqib Mahmood

All the English bowlers will look to do better than their previous match performances.

Dan Mousley (3 overs, 36 runs, 0 wickets, economy rate 12.00) will be hoping to tighten up his economy and look for breakthroughs in the middle overs as his recent performance showed inconsistency.

Rehan Ahmed (4 overs, 43 runs, 3 wickets) has been the standout bowler, and he will aim to continue his form by providing key wickets while keeping the runs in check.

John Turner (4 overs, 42 runs, 1 wicket, economy rate 10.50) will look to improve his economy rate and get more wickets in the upcoming match.

Saqib Mahmood (4 overs, 24 runs, 0 wickets, economy rate 6.00) has been the most economical but he'll look to be more aggressive in getting wickets, especially in the powerplay where he can capitalize on the early breakthroughs
