Indian speedster Umesh Yadav posted a picture on Twitter recently, looking to improvise on his batting and bowling skills ahead of the test series against England. Umesh Yadav is one of the unluckiest seamers going around in the country, especially in tests as he had to be benched to accommodate the trio of Bumrah, Shami, and Ishant.

Umesh has been superb whenever he has been handed the opportunity in tests and his swing bowling has been of the highest order. The right-arm seamer came into the Indian team at first with his pace but later looked to get his control going which has turned him into an excellent option for India in tests now.

Umesh Yadav Looking To Grab His Chances

Umesh Yadav posted some pictures on Twitter of working on his all-around skills and it looked like he was keen to get back in the playing XI for the Indian team. The Vidarbha quick is one of the fittest bowlers going around and his recent outswingers have been very deadly with the new ball making a strong case for himself to play in English conditions.

He will definitely have tough competition from the likes of Mohammad Siraj who has also done really well, and the batting skills might be really come in handy to distinguish both. Here is what, the captain of Umesh Yadav read on Twitter, “Every chance you wake is a chance to get better.” clearly stating his hunger to train more and don the whites for India again.

Umesh Yadav Impresses In The Warm-Up Game

Umesh Yadav was impressed with a three-wicket haul in the warm-up game against County Selected XI and he amassed with a lot of maidens too. He was the most attacking among the bowlers and kept hitting the right lengths while swinging the balls. He looks well set to be picked ahead of Bumrah in the English conditions as the latter failed to perform in the World Test Championship finals.
