Bollywood actress Esha Gupta has finally opened up about her once-rumored relationship with Indian cricketer Hardik Pandya. The buzz around the alleged romance between Esha Gupta and Hardik Pandya made headlines a few years ago, but the story was completely different from what the fans were assuming.
The gorgeous diva has recently revealed that there was some initial spark and conversation, but it could not turn into a romantic relationship. The model-actress shared that the timing was not right and then the compatibility was an issue, so their relationship never reached the dating stage.

Esha and Hardik were reportedly in touch for a short period, and they even met a couple of times and explored the idea of something more than friendship, but it simply didn’t work out. The Bollywood actress also said that there was no fallout, no drama, and no emotional mess.
She noted that it was just a brief chapter that ended quietly before it could be called a “relationship.” Later, Hardik married actor-model Natasa Stankovic in 2020, but they separated last year, and they have a son together named Agastya.

Esha Gupta said on Siddharth Kannan's YouTube channel, “Yeah, for some time we were talking. I don't think we were dating, but yeah, we were talking for a couple of months. We were at that 'maybe it will happen, maybe it won't' stage.”
The actress further added, “It ended before we even reached the dating stage. So, it wasn't dating-dating. We met once or twice; that's it. So yeah, as I said, it was a couple of months, and then it ended. There was no drama or bitterness. It just wasn't meant to be.”
Interestingly, Esha was also one of the few celebrities who had called out Hardik’s controversial remarks during his infamous ‘Koffee With Karan’ appearance in 2019. However, she wasn’t in contact with the Indian all-rounder by then and admitted that the incident didn’t affect her personally.

However, neither Harik nor Jasmin has said anything publicly, but they have been seen together multiple times, including once at the airport and again during IPL 2025 matches, where Jasmin was spotted cheering for Mumbai Indians, which the Indian star captains.
