Gujarat Titans Playing 11 vs CSK- IPL 2025, Match 67

Gujarat Titans (GT) will be locking horns against Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the 67th game of the ongoing IPL 2025. The GT vs CSK match is scheduled to be played on Sunday (May 25) at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

Gujarat Titans have already qualified for the playoffs and are now eyeing a top-two spot in the points table. They suffered a 33-run loss against Lucknow Super Giants in their last game and will look to bounce back with a win over CSK who are already knocked out of the tournament.

GT are currently at the top of the table with 18 points from 13 games. The game against CSK will be their last league game. Even if they lose against CSK, they can end up in the top two if other results go their way. Gujarat Titans Playing 11 vs CSK- IPL 2025, Match 67:

Openers: Sai Sudharsan, Shubman Gill (c)

Sai Sudharsan and captain Shubman Gill will be the openers in the Gujarat Titans Playing 11 for the upcoming match against CSK. Both the in-form batters got the start in the previous game but failed to convert them into big scores.

Sudharsan was out for 21 runs and will look to make amends now. On the other hand, Gill scored 35 runs before being dismissed. Sudharsan and Gill are presently the only two batters to score more than 600 runs this season and both will be looking to deliver with the bat again.

Middle-order batsmen: Jos Buttler (wk), Sherfane Rutherford, Shahrukh Khan, Rahul Tewatia, Rashid Khan, Arshad Khan

Just like Sudharsan and Gill, Jos Buttler got the start as well in the last but he could not convert it into a big score either. The former England skipper was dismissed for 33 runs and he will look to score big in the upcoming match.

The likes of Sherfane Rutherford and Shahrukh Khan showed that even though GT's middle-order batsmen have not got too many chances this season, they can deliver when their services are needed. After GT's top-order batsmen failed to bat the team to a strong position, Rutherford and Khan steadied the ship by scoring 38 and 57 runs respectively.

Both the batsmen will be looking to impress with the bat once again. Unlike Rutherford and Khan, the other Gujarat Titans middle-order batsmen failed to impress and will be looking to do well in the upcoming game. Rahul Tewatia was out for just 2 runs while Arshad Khan scored only 1.

Rashid Khan also could not impress with the bat and was out for 4. With the ball, Arshad picked up 1 wicket for 36 runs while Rashid conceded 36 runs in 2 overs without taking a wicket. Even though Rashid had a forgettable outing in the last game, he is likely to retain his spot in the GT Playing 11.

Bowlers: R Sai Kishore, Mohammed Siraj, Prasidh Krishna

The GT Playing 11 is expected to have three frontline pacers and one spinner. Mohammed Siraj and Prasidh Krishna are set to be the two pacers while Kagiso Rabada can be used as an Impact Player. On the other hand, R Sai Kishore is expected to be the lead spinner in the GT Playing 11. GT's bowlers conceded 235 runs in the last game and will look to bounce back.
