India’s star all-rounder Hardik Pandya has announced a big change in his professional life through a simple social media post. Hardik Pandya has confirmed that he has moved on from RISE, the management agency that had handled his commercial work for the last 12 years.
RISE, formally known as RISE Worldwide Ltd, is the sports and lifestyle business arm of Reliance Industries that owns Pandya’s IPL franchise, Mumbai Indians (MI). The MI had removed Rohit Sharma to hand over the captaincy to the Indian all-rounder in 2024.

Well, RISE managed all of Hardik’s brand endorsements, partnerships, and off-field commitments throughout his rise in Indian and international cricket. But now Hardik decided to handle all of his commercial affairs by himself, as he recently set up his own independent business structure.

His brother Krunal Pandya has also joined him in this move and has exited RISE as well. Hardik’s new setup is called the Hardik Pandya Family Office. The idea behind this move is to bring all his business ventures, investments, and off-field responsibilities under one single, organized platform.
Instead of relying on an external agency, the Indian all-rounder will now oversee his professional interests through this family office. The day-to-day management of this new venture is being handled by Out of the Park, a celebrity management firm founded by Ritesh Nath.

Nath is a well-known name in the industry and was previously associated with Cornerstone, one of India’s leading celebrity management companies that works closely with several top cricketers.
Hardik Pandya posted on his X handle dated back on November 26: “I am excited to share that I'm officially setting up my Family Office to bring all my business ventures, investments, and off-field commitments under one unified vision.
This is an important step towards building long-term, meaningful opportunities on and off the field, and I couldn't be more thrilled about what's ahead. I'm partnering with the incredible team at Out of the Park, who will now manage and oversee all my business interests.”

Hardik Pandya’s exit from RISE unlikely to affect his Mumbai Indians role
At the moment, it is unclear that Hardik’s exit from RISE has any effect on his relationship with the Mumbai Indians (MI). He continues to captain the five-time IPL champions, and his role with the franchise remains unchanged. It is being said that the franchise is open to supporting Hardik in any way possible going forward.
Notably, RISE is one of the biggest talent management companies in Indian cricket. Several top players are still part of its roster, including Rohit Sharma, Jasprit Bumrah, Suryakumar Yadav, Shreyas Iyer, Tilak Varma, Ishan Kishan, and Sai Sudharsan, among others.
Pandya is currently playing in the ongoing five-match T20I series against South Africa at home. He will be next seen in action in the third T20I for India in Dharamshala on Sunday, December 14.
In the Cuttack T20I, Hardik played a blistering knock of 59* off 28 balls and was awarded the player of the match, but he could manage only 20 off 23 balls, and India lost the second T20I by 51 runs as South Africa levelled the ongoing T20I series 1-1.
