Harry Brook Bought By Delhi Capitals For INR 6.25 crore at IPL Auction 2025

England star Harry Brook has registered himself for the IPL 2025 mega auction at a base price of INR 2 crore.

The right-handed batsman is widely regarded as one of the best young batsmen in the world and the fans will be keen to see him in action in the IPL once again.

Brook has played in only one season of the IPL so far. In IPL 2023, he plied his trade for Sunrisers Hyderabad.

Although he struggled to get going with the bat in his maiden season, he managed to score a century as well to show the cricketing world what he is capable of. Overall, he scored 190 runs in 11 games before Sunrisers Hyderabad released him.

For IPL 2024, he was signed up by Delhi Capitals. However, he pulled out of the tournament in order to be with his grieving family after the death of his grandmother. B

rook had also pulled out of the five-match Test series between India and England for the same reason.

Delhi Capitals have signed up Harry Brook in the ongoing IPL 2025 mega auction. The Delhi-based outfit has secured the England star's services for INR 6.25 crore. Chennai Super Kings also bid for the player but eventually decided to pull out of the race.
