I Would Love To Take The Wicket Of AB De Villiers If I Play Against RCB In The Future: Harshal Patel

After having claimed all his dream wickets in the form of Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar, MS Dhoni, Virat Kohli, Haryana, and Royal Challengers Bangalore seamer, Harshal Patel now hopes to dismiss AB de Villiers if he ever plays against his current franchise in the future.
Harshal Patel made his IPL debut way back in 2012 and he went on to represent the Virat Kohli-led franchise for the next 5 years.
Patel joined Delhi Capitals in 2018 before he once again rejoined RCB ahead of the 2021 season.
Harshal Patel was in smashing form in the now-suspended IPL 2021, having claimed as many as 17 wickets in just seven innings.
“I’ve already got my dream wickets. I had dismissed Sachin Tendulkar back in 2011 (2012 actually). I have also taken the wicket of MS Dhoni twice and Kohli once. All these are my dream wickets. I hope I never play against Royal Challengers Bangalore in the future but if that happens, I would love to take the wicket of AB de Villiers,” Harshal Patel told India Tv.

Harshal Patel further added that his captain Virat Kohli’s passion makes up for his muted celebration every time he takes a wicket.
He also revealed how Virat Kohli helped him handle pressure situations with aplomb in the recent season.
“I usually don’t celebrate my wickets with so much passion. Virat covers it up. It’s his passion. His involvement on the field and his energy are exceptional. In a team sport, if you enjoy your teammate’s success, your side eventually plays as a cohesive unit. When I bowled a no-ball on my first ball against Mumbai Indians, Virat just told me to focus on the length. There was no other conversation. When there’s too much noise, you just need simple feedback and all other things get blurred in the background,” Harshal Patel signed off.
