But they are happy with the work that is going on. We are discussing on improving the commentary boxes. We are in the discussion stage. They will mail us the report and will again have an inspection on 1st of September,” Snehasis Ganguly said.

Snehasis Ganguly further added that the work at Eden Gardens will be completed before September and said that they had a talk with the police commissioner about the security management.

“We will be finishing our work before September. During Kali Puja, security problems will be police issues. We don’t have such an official thing. We had a discussion with the police about the plan. We had a discussion with the commissioner. We are confident about hosting that match. Hope Kolkata Police will give security,” Ganguly added.

While talking about the capacity of Eden Gardens, CAB President said that the stadium can accommodate 65500 fans and confirmed that everything will be finalized during the next inspection.
