The second season of ILT20 is all set to commence on Friday, January 19. ILT20 2024 will witness the first encounter between Sharjah Warriors and Gulf Giants. The opening game of ILT20 2024 will take place at Sharjah Cricket Stadium in UAE.

Tom Kohler-Cadmore is the skipper of the Sharjah Warriors team in International League T20 2024. James Vince is the captain of the Gulf Giants team in the tournament. Gulf Giants are the defending champions of ILT20 2024. In the previous edition of ILT20 last year, Gulf Giants crushed Desert Vipers in the final to win the trophy.

They also topped the points table after the league stage. Gulf Giants played 10 games during the group stage, winning 7 matches and losing only 1. With 16 points, they topped the points table among six teams. Later, they crushed Desert Vipers in the Qualifier 1 and Final to win the trophy.

The Sharjah Warriors had a miserable show last season. The team could not qualify for playoffs. They won 3 matches and lost 7 out of 10. With 7 points, they finished in the 5th spot in the points table. This time, Sharjah will aim for a better show.
