As ICC World Cup 2023 kickstarted on October 5, former India all-rounder Yuvraj Singh shared a motivational post for Team India. Yuvraj Singh urged Team India to win the ICC World Cup 2023 trophy.

India won the ODI World Cup in 2011 under skipper MS Dhoni. Yuvraj Singh was a prominent member of the World Cup-winning team in the tournament. He gave marvelous performances with both bat and ball to clinch the Player of the Series award during the tournament.

Yuvraj Singh Shares Motivational Post For Team India

On Thursday, October 5, Yuvraj Singh took to X (formerly Twitter) to share a motivational post for Team India ahead of the ICC World Cup 2023. In his post, Singh said he feels deja vu as the World Cup returns to India.

“As I reflect on the incredible journey we had during the 2011 World Cup, I can’t help but feel a rush of nostalgia. The joy of representing our nation on home soil and bringing the World Cup home was a moment I’ll cherish forever. Now, it’s déjà vu as the World Cup returns to our cricket-crazy nation. The same love, the same passion, and the same expectations from a billion hearts”, Yuvraj Singh said.

Yuvraj Singh also said that he has full faith in the current Indian team. He also added that the World Cup is just not about winning the title but making memories that last a lifetime and inspiring a generation of cricketers.

“I’ve witnessed firsthand what it feels like to lift that trophy, and I want each one of you to experience that euphoria. It’s a journey of hard work, dedication, and teamwork, and I have full faith in our incredible Indian squad.
